How does shipping work, and how long does it take?

Within the EU, standard delivery is typically 3–7 working days from order confirmation. Polish orders ship at a flat 20 PLN; the rest of the EU at 35 PLN; the rest of the world (where we ship) is quoted on request. Orders over 300 PLN ship free across the EU. Express options are available at checkout where the destination supports them.

Can I return an order I’m not happy with?

Yes. EU consumer law gives you 14 days from delivery to return any item that arrives back in original condition with its packaging intact. Some categories have specific conditions — sealed sterile medical supplies and electronics with a broken activation seal are excluded, and made-to-order or tailored items follow the maker’s policy. The Returns Policy in the footer lists the full procedure; refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days of the returned item arriving back with us.

What payment methods do you accept?

At checkout: Przelewy24 (BLIK, all Polish banks, cards), Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and standard bank transfer in PLN, EUR or USD. For institutional and procurement orders we also accept payment on invoice — request a pro forma at store@obdura.pl.

Will I receive an invoice — and can it be issued to a company?

Yes. Every order receives an invoice automatically. To receive a company-addressed VAT invoice (faktura VAT with NIP), add your company name and tax ID at checkout in the Tax ID field. Forgot to add it? Email store@obdura.pl within 7 days of purchase with your order number and tax details — we will reissue.

How do I track my order?

You receive an order confirmation email at checkout, a dispatch notification when the order leaves, and a tracking link as soon as the courier registers the parcel. If your tracking link hasn’t moved within 48 hours of dispatch, email store@obdura.pl with your order number and we will chase the courier on your behalf.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Until the order ships — usually within the first business day — yes. Email store@obdura.pl with your order number and what needs to change. Once the parcel is with the courier we cannot intercept it, but you can refuse delivery on arrival and use the standard returns process for a full refund.

Do you ship outside the EU?

We ship to most countries in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. North America and Oceania are case-by-case — ask before ordering and we will quote shipping and customs handling. For non-EU destinations the order ships VAT-excluded at checkout; import VAT and duties are payable on arrival to your local customs authority or to the courier.

Bulk, institutional or procurement orders?

Yes — the trade house regularly supplies institutional and procurement buyers. Volumes, schedules, pro forma invoices, tender paperwork and currency choice (PLN / EUR / USD) are all handled directly. Email store@obdura.pl with your brief; quotes typically arrive within one business day.
