SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy describes the terms under which Obdura Store ships orders to customers worldwide. By placing an order through our store, you accept the terms set out below.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing an order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. SHIPPING ZONES AND RATES
We ship to most countries worldwide. The following flat shipping rates apply to all standard orders:
- Poland and the rest of Europe: 20 PLN per order
- United States and the rest of the world: 35 PLN per order
- Free shipping on all orders with a subtotal of 300 PLN or more (any destination)
The applicable rate is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. For certain remote or restricted destinations, additional fees may apply or shipping may not be available — in such cases we will contact you before processing your order.
3. SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS
We use a network of international carriers including DHL, UPS, DPD, GLS, InPost, FedEx, and local postal services depending on the destination and product. The carrier and service level are selected by us based on the most reliable and cost-effective option for each shipment.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Poland: 3–7 business days
- European Union and EEA: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom, Switzerland and the rest of Europe: 7–14 business days
- United States and Canada: 10–18 business days
- Rest of the world (including Asia, Africa, South America, Oceania): 14–28 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or events outside our control. Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
5. SHIPPING ORIGIN
Products are shipped from our partner fulfillment centers, which may be located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, or Asia depending on the product. We select the closest available fulfillment location to your delivery address whenever possible to minimize delivery time.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
For orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping rate and are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.
Within the European Union, applicable VAT is included in the product price displayed at checkout for consumer orders. Business buyers with a valid EU VAT number may be eligible for VAT-exempt intracommunity supply — please contact us at store@obdura.pl before placing the order to arrange this.
7. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at store@obdura.pl.
8. DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery, delayed delivery, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order. If the order is cancelled at this stage, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
9. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your tracking shows your shipment as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours, household members, and your local delivery point or post office. If the package cannot be located within 5 business days, contact us at store@obdura.pl and we will investigate with the carrier.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged packaging and contents within 48 hours of delivery and contact us at store@obdura.pl. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
10. BULK AND INSTITUTIONAL ORDERS
For bulk orders, institutional buyers, hospital procurement, or government/defense contracts (including US/NATO solicitations), shipping is quoted individually based on volume, packaging requirements, and destination. Please contact us at store@obdura.pl to discuss bulk shipping arrangements before placing your order.
11. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to countries subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions imposed by the European Union or the Republic of Poland. Certain medical and pharmaceutical products may also be subject to additional import restrictions in your country — it is your responsibility to verify that the products you order may be lawfully imported into your jurisdiction.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, carriers, or applicable law. The current version is always available on this page.
